Mr. Jeffery Goh, Group CEO, Morganfield
A certified dentist turned restaurateur, Dr. Jeffrey Goh first ventured into the food & beverage business in 1996. He went on to form and managed a wide range of F&B concepts that include The Manhattan Fish Market, Tony Roma's, Popeyes and Sushigroove. Dr. Jeffrey Goh is now the Group CEO of Morganfield's, Capricciosa Pasta & Pizza, House Restaurant Bar & Winepost, Ong Lai, Mocktail Bar, SnackzIt, Bread & Co and Ah Mah Egg Sponge Cake.
He believes this is the way forward for the F&B business. Morganfield's has a few more outlets in the pipeline. Mr. Goh is looking at a total 40 outlets by the end of 2017. The entrepreneur, in his mid-40s, says he has laid out the foundation for the chain, and now he wants to ensure that it lasts.
